Earlier this week the Democratic National Congressional Committee encouraged their members to write them with messages for Rush Limbaugh. Mr. Limbaugh had earlier stated that he wanted to see President Obama's liberal policies fail. Of course, the liberal mainstream media and Democrats were offended by this. It was okay for them to excoriate President Bush on a daily basis, but no one should be able to oppose their Messiah, Barack Obama. So the Democrats encouraged their base to let Mr. Limbaugh know of their contempt and disdain regarding his remarks and then promised to deliver their messages to Mr. Limbaugh.
Only, it backfired on them. They were pummeled with messages, but the vast majority were in favor of Mr. Limbaugh's statements. As one commenter on their site stated: "… it's crazy that a conservative Republican would want liberal Democrats to fail. WEIRD."

Rush and his listeners are too smart for the democrats. Let's continue to counter any effort to be silenced, and let's make sure our voices are heard. It's driving the dems crazy.
