On election day in Philadelphia, two members of the New Black Panther Party stood outside of a polling place and intimidated voters in their efforts to make sure a black won the election. It's nice to know that, occasionally, the federal government actually stands up for the American people instead of against them. Feds have filed suit against the New Black Panther Party for violating The Voting Rights Act of 1965. This link will take you to the article:

Apparently, the federal government wants a monopoly on intimidation practices. They didn't appreciate the New Black Panther Party's competition.
